Knowing The Price Of Good Seo

After the web site design and the completion of the basic SEO, the next investment any business owner should consider is in search engine optimization. In order to understand SEO pricing, we have to underline the fact that the optimization process in itself is very advantageous, since presumably the traffic generated by a well-indexed page will pay for itself. In fact, the art (or science depending on who you talk to) of SEO was created with such a purpose in mind: increase leads and sales, increase conversions, and ultimately generate more money!

Several factors influence SEO pricing, and the amount of work required is first on the list. While the financial investment for good SEO varies depending on the size and the complexity of the pages , please understand that good SEO that you don’t do yourself isn’t cheap. Companies and agencies that offer SEO services often promote a free site analysis based on which the SEO quote is created. With this kind of report, you’ll learn about how competitive you’ve been, what problems you face , and what changes need to be performed on the site.

Ultimately, your goals and your budget ultimately determine the price you should pay for SEO. Sometimes, the service provider will be able to recommend the less expensive alternative substituting elements that are not necessary for the optimization and suggesting various money-wise solutions.

There are lots of steps involved in the optimization campaign, and SEO pricing can be kept under control when you know exactly what needs to be done. Thus, any good SEO company will first initiate optimization by competition and industry investigations. Next should come the keyword research and the key-phrase selection, followed by the phrases implementation. Then, the web masters will continue with building of links and their submission to search engines and directories. SEO is a constant process, and requires active monitoring and communication between the owner and SEO agency to be effective.

To give some general figures of where SEO pricing can range, the whole process could cost between $2,000 and $10,000 according to the complexity of the site and the features of the competition. Beware of too low quotes since these are generally practiced by people with little experience in the field, and who may not perform the best of job on your site. The choice is yours!

Good News For Medical Insurance Companies

Cancer, heart attack and organ failure are the biggest and most frequently claimed for illnesses on medical insurance. However, new discoveries are being made all the time and it is hoped that this reduce premiums for medical insurance as these illnesses become more manageable and treatable.

Breast cancer is one of the few cancers that can be linked to genes and one of the biggest illnesses responsible for women making medical insurance claims. However, in medical advances, scientists have identified the key gene responsible for the spread of this devastating disease to other parts of the body.

Apparently, the gene SATB1 controls how more than 1,000 other genes behave within tumour cells and when it is over-activated, this is when the path for cancer is smoothed into other parts of the body. Interfering with this gene through the use of specific drugs would halt the march of cancer through the body, helping over 44,000 women in the UK every year.

Further news from the world of medicine includes news that experiments are being carried out that will cause tiny pieces of skin to grow into the chameleon-like ones in embryonic stem cells. They could then be deliberately formed into heart cells and transplanted onto heart attack victims. This is hoped to prolong the life of tens of thousands of victims every year and improve the quality of their life.

These repair kits could also be used to test drugs on and would also reduce the risk of side effects on treated patients. The patient’s own cells could be used omitting the risk of rejection or a bank of cells could be set up and on standby. Unfortunately, due to lack of testing to date, it is thought that this treatment is still at least a decade away.

When it comes to organ failure claims on the books of medical insurance companies, this is also quite high. But once again, there is good news emerging for sufferers. As with a lot of illnesses and diseases, early detection is the key and doctors are being made more aware of the signs and symptoms to look out for to cope with these problems before they become out of hand.

Kidney failure is often blamed on other things and goes for a long time undetected. But now it has emerged that long term tiredness and being overweight are simple symptoms that should make a doctor sit up and take notice. Tiredness and being overweight are very general symptoms that are frequently put down to lifestyle or the ageing process but it is advisable to get a second opinion if you are not happy.

Always better to kick up a fuss with your doctor than get to a point when claiming on medical insurance is a necessity.

In a record operation, doctors have recently carried out six kidney transplants simultaneously. It took nine medical teams a total of ten hours to perform the transplants on six patients. Friends and relatives of the sick people had come forward and offered themselves as donors but when it was found they did not match their relative, but another of the group, a mass operation was set up.

The operations were done at the same time to avoid anyone backing out once their loved one had received their new organ and so far, all is well. Some of these patients have lived for years on the organ donor waiting list and, unable to work, have survived on medical insurance payouts.

Health expert Catherine Harvey looks at the news that should make medical insurance companies happy.

Getting That Good Feeling

Have you ever read fitness or weight loss success stories in a magazine and noticed that what each person is most thrilled about is how great they feel?  They are happy to lose the weight of course, yet they discover it isn’t how much they lost that makes them feel so good.  What is most exciting is having energy, being able to do more things, gaining self-confidence, and feeling more alive and free.

You forget how much it matters to feel good when you take it for granted or it slowly slips away.  It is when you get it back again that you realize it is the key to having a good life and to happiness.  When you feel good again, you feel invincible and invigorated.  You want to stretch yourself to do more and fully participate in what has meaning to you.

Do these words capture what it’s like for you when you aren’t feeling so well?

It can be hard to feel inspired to do anything about it when you are feeling poorly or when the effort seems too overwhelming.  Yet the longer you do nothing, you worse you likely feel.  It’s a paradox that the less energy you use the less you have, and the more you expend the more you have.  Yet even a small amount of movement, like taking the stairs instead of using the elevator or walking for 10 minutes, can give you more energy, reduce your tiredness and generate further interest in being active.

Small changes in your lifestyle are all it takes to start feeling energized, replenished and motivated.  These can be getting a bit more sleep, getting outside for fresh air, finding 5-10 minutes to yourself, being active with family or friends, eating breakfast, eating when you get hungry and stopping when you start feeling full, having fresh flowers, or replacing some TV time with a more engaging activity. You may have your own ideas to add to this list.  Any one of these can have a positive impact on how you feel, and none of them take much time or preparation.

What stops most people from making lifestyle changes is often the belief that the change has to be major and final, like a commitment to walking everyday for 30 minutes, getting to bed at 9:30 each night during the week, or no more TV.  These types of changes are likely to be too rigid, radical and unrealistic.  As important, they probably won’t feel good to do.  Within a few days – or even after the first day – you will find yourself deciding it is too much or too hard to do, and that would be the end of trying.

You won’t have to work at staying motivated if you are inspired by the things you pick to do.

Consider one small lifestyle change that you feel inspired to try.  Once you do it for a week or two, pay attention to how you feel.  Notice that the better you feel, the more you want to keep doing it.

What if I told you that recent studies on green tea and prostate cancer prevention showed it to be a powerful force in the prevention and healing of this terrible disease?

Green tea has many qualities but is now being hailed as one of the most promising anti cancer compounds ever found, and it has specifically been proven that green tea and prostate cancer prevention go hand in hand.

Its main antioxidant, known as EGCG, is responsible for this, helping to stop the cancerous cells from duplicating.

A study which was published in the December 2004 issue of the International Journal of Cancer found that EGCG greatly inhibited the production of prostate-specific antigen, a marker for prostate cancer risk.

In  a case-controlled study involving 130 prostate cancer patients and 274 hospital controls, men drinking the most green tea were found to have an amazing 86% reduced risk of prostate cancer compared, to those drinking the least amount.

This really bears out the incredible benefits of green tea and prostate cancer prevention.

The recommended amount to drink, to gain the benefits is around 5-6 cups per day, without milk or sugar. This can give you quite a high intake of caffeine, especially as decaffeinate is not recommended as the process used to remove it cancels out many of the benefits.

To gain the maximum health benefits, the most popular way is to take a green tea extract as part of a multi supplement, to amplify its healing powers.

For example green tea is synergetic with gingko biloba and turmeric extract and that interaction can significantly enhance its ability to help prevent this disease.

You don’t really want to get the benefits as a stand-alone pill as it has been proven to be far more effective to take it in a product that has many ingredients in it that work synergistically with each other.

So in closing, I hope this short article has given you some good insight on green tea and prostate cancer prevention and how this amazing little herb, in combination with other natural nutrients, can really provide you with some formidable preventative protection.

If you would like to learn more about the synergistic products which I personally take, including green tea extract, why not visit my website.

Let’s face it, we seem to hear more and more now about the green tea antioxidant and maybe we have become a little blasé about it. But they could truly help save your life.

The green tea antioxidant is over 100 times more powerful than vitamin C and 25 times more potent than vitamin E.

Green tea itself is being hailed as one of the most promising anticancer substances ever discovered. Quite an amazing statement!

So what is it that makes it tick?

The main antioxidant responsible is a polyphenol called EGCG, and has been proven to protect the body’s cells and stop cancer cells from duplicating, therefore stopping the cancer.

The green tea antioxidants also help protect the heart and can help lower your bad cholesterol levels, helping to prevent as stroke and warding off heart disease. I told you it could save your life!

Other benefits include boosting your immune system and metabolism which will lead to better health and fewer colds and as an aid to losing weight, respectively.

The list is endless! No wonder the Chinese have been using it their medicine for over 4000 years, and why, despite high levels of smoking, they have a comparatively low level of heart disease.

So quite an astonishing list of qualities for green tea antioxidants, and one important factor to bear in mind is that green tea will work even better when combined with other synergetic ingredients, for example in the form of a supplement.

Supplements are the most popular and effective way to take vital nutrients and herbs today, and green tea for example when combined with turmeric and ginger, will react and provide even greater benefits than if taken alone.

So look for a supplement that has many ingredients in it that work synergistically together giving you the highest possible health benefits.

In conclusion, I hope this compact article has given you some insight on what you wanted to know, and that you now understand how to attain the greatest life-saving benefits through the green tea antioxidant in combination with other natural ingredients.

If you would like to learn more about the natural products which I personally take, including green tea extract, why not visit my website.

Green Tea Good for Arthritis

In the future, arthritis relief may come from a cup of green tea.

Researchers from the University of Michigan Medical School recently found that this beverage contains a compound that appears to reduce inflammation and joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

The compound called EGCG (epigallocatchin gallate) is being investigated as a treatment for RA. So far, results are encouraging.

The scientists presented their findings at Experimental Biology 2007, an annual gathering of several scientific societies that was held in Washington, D.C.

In their study, the researchers found that joint cells called synovial fibroblasts that were affected by RA improved after being treated with EGCG. Compared to the untreated fibroblasts, the treated ones had lower levels of inflammation, according to Dr. Salah-uddin Ahmed, one of the investigators.

“The EGCG-treated cells produced lower levels of two other inflammatory chemicals than cells that hadn’t been treated with EGCG. In fact, the highest tested dose of EGCG virtually halted production of those inflammatory chemicals during the experiment. Further lab tests show that EGCG blocked a chemical chain reaction linked to inflammation and joint damage,” reported Miranda Hitti in WebMD Medical News.

“The results from this study suggest that EGCG may be of potential therapeutic value in regulating the joint destruction in RA,” Ahmed said.

In addition to EGCG, Dr. David Buttle of the University of Sheffield in England said green tea also contains ECG (epicatechin gallate) that can help prevent osteoarthritis by blocking the enzyme that destroys cartilage.

“If you have fairly severe joint damage it may be too late to do anything about it, but if you spend decades of your life drinking green tea in the end it may be beneficial,” Buttle said.

However, researchers have yet to determine if drinking green tea produces the same effect as in being treated with EGCG directly and how much green tea is needed to achieve the desired results.

Earlier, Dr. Tariq Haqqi of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, found that antioxidants in green tea called polyphenols may reduce the incidence and severity of RA.

In his report published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Haqqi said that mice that were given water mixed with green tea and later injected with a drug to induce RA were less susceptible to the disease. The amount of green tea consumed by the mice was equivalent to four cups a day.

“For the mice fed green tea which did however develop arthritis, it occurred as late onset and mild. Only 8 out of 18 mice receiving green tea polyphenols developed arthritis, while 17 out of 18 mice not receiving green tea polyphenols developed arthritis,” revealed Carol and Richard Eustice in “Your Guide to Arthritis,” an online newsletter of About.com.

At present, green tea is consumed in many parts of the world, including India, China, and Japan where it is regarded as a health drink. Expect to hear more good news as scientists look further into the benefits of green tea. In the meantime, you can control arthritis pain and inflammation with a little help from Flexcerin, This natural formula promotes healthy joint function, alleviates pain and swelling, and repairs damaged joints. Is Green Tea Good for Losing Weight?

You may see a green tea metabolism booster in any drugstore or Wal-mart.  Multiple studies have been conducted concerning green tea and weight loss.  It is those studies that are used as the basis for the claims made by the supplement manufacturers.  While the supplement is a beneficial part of any healthy weight loss program, some of the claims made by manufacturers are overstated.

Caffeine

If you read the fine print on green tea metabolism boosters, you will see that results vary.  For best results a healthy diet and regular exercise are recommended.  If you read the label of ingredients, you will see that caffeine is added to the mix.  After all of these years and even though most people consume too much caffeine, anyway, it is still considered an appetite suppressant.

Most of the studies concerning green tea and weight loss were conducted using laboratory animals.  Logically speaking, it may have been the caffeine that caused the animals to lose weight, because caffeine is something that they do not normally consume.  But, there was one recent study concerning green tea and weight loss that involved humans, during exercise.

Study of Green Tea Metabolism

It was a very small study, consisting only of 11 healthy men, but the results were promising.  The volunteers were either given a green tea metabolism booster or a placebo.  Fat oxidation was measured after both groups spent 30 minutes on an exercise bike.  In the group that was given the real supplement, fat oxidation was higher than in the control group.  In other words, the men that got the supplement burned more “fat” during their workout than those that did not.

When the results of this study were publicized, many people believed that green tea and weight loss are closely connected.  But, there is only limited evidence of this benefit.  If you are trying to lose fat, here’s my recommendation.

Best Green Tea Source

There are multi-nutritional supplements that include a green tea metabolism booster, without the added caffeine, which you probably don’t need.  The supplements do include all of the vitamins and minerals that keep your body functioning at “optimum” levels.  The idea that overweight people get enough nutrients in their diet is far from true.  Hardly anyone gets all of the nutrients that they need everyday to prevent chronic diseases and extend their life-span.

Good Supplement

A supplement that contains the basic vitamins, like the B-group and “feel-good” extracts like SAM-e, as well as protein peptides like carnosine and a variety of antioxidants will help remove toxins from your digestive system and your liver.  They will protect the cells of your body from free radical damage and break down heavy metals.  The things that you will notice are increased energy, better looking skin, shinier hair, stronger nails and that working out is easier.

Everything that I have heard about green tea and weight loss sounds positive.  But, I believe that your money is better spent on a multi-ingredient product with nutrients and green tea extract rather than green tea metabolism boosters with added caffeine. The “Healthy Eating Pyramid” Pathway Toward Good Health And Long Life

Do you ever wonder what happened to the Food Guide Pyramid?

The Food Guide Pyramid was created more than ten years ago by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Pyramid illustrated what the USDA said were the elements of a healthy diet. The Pyramid was taught in schools, appeared in the media and brochures, on cereal boxes and food labels. It seemed like the absolute final word on what we should really eat.

The Food Guide Pyramid is now like a fairytale. It did not point the way toward healthy eating. We are told now the Food Guide Pyramid was based on shaky scientific evidence. It still has not changed over the years to reflect major advances in our understanding of the connection between diet and good health.

Recently, the USDA retired the old Food Guide Pyramid and replaced it with MyPyramid, a new symbol and “interactive food guidance system. This revision is basically the old Pyramid turned on its side.

Good news about the new MyPyramid:

• It tears apart and buries the flawed Pyramid.

Bad news about the MyPyramid:

• The new MyPyramid does not give us enough information to help us make informed choices about our diet and long-term health.

• It continues to recommend foods that are not essential to good health.

• The food quantities recommended may even be detrimental to our overall health.

So…..what do we eat to become and stay healthy?

According to a new dietary guideline released early in January of 2005:

• We are to continue to concentrate on controlling weight;

• Fats were once considered bad. The new guidelines emphasize low intake of Trans fats and to limit our saturated fats. There is not an artificially low cap on fat intake. The latest advice recommends getting between 20% and 35% of daily calories from fats. The new guidelines also recognize the potential health benefits of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats;

• Complex carbohydrates was a term used in the past that has little biological meaning;

• The new guidelines advise Americans to limit sugar intake and stress the benefits of whole grains;

• The guidelines suggest eating half of our grains as refined starch, although refined starches behave like sugar, add empty calories, have adverse metabolic effects, and increase the risks of diabetes and heart disease.

• The guidelines lump together red meat, poultry, fish, beans and soy products and tell us to judge these protein sources by their total fat content. This means to make choices that are lean, low-fat, or fat-free. This advice ignores the evidence that these foods have different types of fats. It also leaves out evidence that replacing red meat with a combination of fish, poultry, beans, and nuts offers numerous health benefits.

So…..if we follow this new dietary guideline we still may not be eating “right,” according to the Harvard School of Public Health. The Harvard School of Public Health nutrition experts created the “Healthy Eating Pyramid.” It is based on the best available scientific evidence about the links between diet and health.

The Healthy Eating Pyramid is based upon daily exercise and weight control. Evidence proves daily exercise and weight control influences your chances of staying healthy. They also stress what and how you eat and how your food affects you.

Some highlights of the Healthy Eating Pyramid are outlined below:

• Whole grain foods (at most meals).

• Plant oils: Good sources of unsaturated fats include olive, canola, soy, corn, sunflower, peanut, and other vegetable oils and fatty fish such as salmon.

• Vegetables (in abundance) and Fruits (2 to 3 times per day).

• Fish, poultry, and eggs (0 to 2 times per day). Eggs which have been a long time noted as being “bad for you” because they contain fairly high levels of cholesterol, aren’t as bad as once thought to be. An egg for breakfast is much healthier than a bagel made from refined flour.

• Nuts and Legumes (1 to 3 times) are excellent sources of protein and contain healthy fats.

• Dairy or Calcium Supplement (1 to 2 times) Dairy products have been American’s main source of calcium. Cheese has also been another popular choice for calcium needs. Try to stick with no-fat or low-fat products. If you don’t like dairy products, calcium supplements are the way to go.

• Red meat and butter (use sparingly): If you eat red meat every day, switch to fish or chicken several times a week to improve cholesterol levels. Switching from butter to olive oil will also improve cholesterol levels.

• White rice, white bread, potatoes, white pasta, soda, and sweets (use sparingly): This group of foods can cause fast and furious increases in blood sugar that can lead to weight gain, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic disorders.

• Multiple vitamins: Taking a daily multivitamin, multimineral supplement offers a nutritional backup. They do not replace healthy eating or make up for unhealthy eating. A standard, store-brand, RDA-level is fine. Look for one that meets the requirements of the U.S. Pharmacopeia, an organization that sets standards for drugs and supplements.

• Alcohol (in moderation): Many studies suggest that having an alcoholic drink a day lowers the risk of heart disease. For men: 1 to 2 drinks a day. For women: One drink a day.

The Healthy Eating Pyramid certainly summarizes the information I personally have been reading recently as the best dietary information available to us. It is not something set into stone because nutrition researchers will continue to turn up new information in the years ahead. The Healthy Eating Pyramid will change to reflect the new evidence.

The Healthy Eating Pyramid is not the only up-to-date guide for eating healthy. It does take advantage of more extensive research and offers a broader guide that is not based on a specific culture, such as the Asian, Latin, Mediterranean and vegetarian pyramids.

To sum it all up the number one tip for eating for improving your health would be eat foods that have a lot of vitamins and minerals as well as foods that are not high in fat. Exercise moderately.

More Healthy Tips:

• Find the strong points and weak points in your current diet and improve in those areas where you are weak.

• Make small, slow changes.

• Keep track of your food intake by writing down what you eat and drink every day. Use this record to help you see where you need to improve.

• If you have medical problems talk it over with your doctor or a nutritionist before making any significant changes.

• Good nutrition does not come in a pill. Get your doctor’s recommendations on vitamins and mineral supplements. Your body will benefit the most from eating healthy foods.

• Eat a variety of foods, and learn to try new foods.

• Prepare your meat either by baking, grilling or broiling rather than frying. Take the skin off chicken before eating. Eat fish at least once a week.

• Cut back on extra fat like butter, margarine, sour cream and salad dressings.

• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with your meals and snacks.

• Drink no- or low-calorie beverages like water, unsweetened tea and diet soda.

• Exercise moderately daily.

Balanced nutrition and regular exercise are good for your health if your weight never changes. Don’t be discouraged because you don’t loose weight after months of regular exercise. The regular exercise offers you a multitude of benefits toward keeping you healthy.

We always say that our children are the future of the world. By taking positive steps in taking good care of our environment, we are preparing our children’s future and making their lives well lived too. One classic way of helping our environment is by using earth-friendly products like organic baby clothing. We are not only protecting our baby’s health but we are also paving the way to stop global warming. Every little bit that we do, is one big step in saving planet Earth and ultimately our children’s future.

Conventional Cotton vs. Organic Cotton

Cotton is the product most often used in making clothing lines. It is also the crop that is loaded with harmful chemicals and pesticides because insects and pests pose a big problem in growing this crop. The chemicals and toxins that were sprayed into this crop are not easily eradicated, instead they are absorbed in the clothing line that they are manufactured. The dye that is used in making fabric is also hazardous as it may cause skin problems like eczema. The toxins slowly build up and cannot easily be flushed out of the system. This is another health risk as cancer may develop with the gradual increase of contaminants in the body.

Organic cotton used in organic baby clothing, on the other hand, are certified natural and safe for the babies. They are grown naturally and use preventive measures to destroy insects pestering the crops. Crop rotation, weed burning, and using organic fertilizers like animal manure are used in growing organic cotton. Organic baby clothes made from organic cotton are made from fibers and finished with dyes that are environment and baby friendly. Thus they pose no risk of damaging the sensitive skin of the babies.

Conventional cotton clothing is coated with resins that prevents its shrinkage and not with formaldehyde as finishing, which is carcinogenic and is a harmful skin irritant. This, on top of the 150 grams of chemicals, makes for the toxins that are ingested on every single shirt produced. Organic baby clothing is still made from the same cotton but without the harsh chemical, pesticides, and fertilizers. You are ensured of the safest and finest cotton in your organic baby clothes.

Go Organic!

Dressing your babies with organic baby clothing is not just about the health risk factor, but parents use it also because of the comfort factor. Organic baby clothes are also made from highly breathable cotton. With skin as delicate as the babies, it is best that you choose products that will benefit them the most, and that is organic baby clothing. With organic baby clothing, you avoid posing health risks to your babies.

Using organic baby clothes means investing for your baby’s health and investing for their future as well. Because wearing and looking green is always experience with organic baby clothing.
