What I do know, is that almost every piece of ostensibly organic food I buy has been certified by the USDA, and I've been told its not just a walk in the park to get that seal, meaning you have to go through some sort of process, so I think that gives my food at least SOME credibility. I'll take the food with LESS poison in it anyday. I don’t know to what extent the so called organic foods I purchase are genuinely natural.
