Thank you for post­ing this video.  I have a pre­sen­ta­tion about an exper­i­ment done on EGCG and i plan on using this video at the very begin­ning of it to sort of break the ice. Thanks again!

any­one know how much per­cent­age in a WHOLE bot­tle is green tea… they came with mango fla­vor now lol

and, i can also tell you for sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that, from my per­sonal expe­ri­ence, green tea gives energy and increases well-being. there’s no doubt about it. I take a lot of sup­ple­ments, green tea blasts every sup­ple­ment i take to bits. it works, it works fast, and it works well. sur­prised they havent banned it in canada because it DOES work. they ban every­thing in canada.

EGCG doesn’t boost metab­o­lism any more than 4% or so accord­ing to research, but i know from expe­ri­ence that green tea most def­i­nitely low­ers blood pres­sure and i would def­i­nitely rec­om­mend it for that, it works fan­tas­tic for blood pres­sure, for me anyways.
