EGCG doesn’t boost metabolism any more than 4% or so according to research, but i know from experience that green tea most definitely lowers blood pressure and iï»¿ would definitely recommend it for that, it works fantastic for blood pressure, for me anyways.

and, i can also tell you for sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that, fromï»¿ my personal experience, green tea gives energy and increases well-being. there’s no doubt about it. I take a lot of supplements, green tea blasts every supplement i take to bits. it works, it works fast, and it works well. surprised they havent banned it in canada because it DOES work. they ban everything in canada.
