Our body’s entire metabolic process depends on an alkaline environment. When we ingest too many acidic or acid-producing foods, excess acid corrodes tissues and organs, which leads to acidosis, illness and disease. In addition, acid also provides a favorable environment for harmful bacteria and other micro organism that can damage glands and organs.

Ideal blood pH Level

The ideal blood pH level is slightly alkaline, with a normal range of 7.35 to 7.45. If the pH value moves below 6.8 or above 7.8, the cells of the body stop functioning and the human will die. Consequently, the body continually struggles to maintain its ideal pH. The question therefore always is: how do we achieve pH balance? Fresh vegetables, greens and grasses are an excellent anti-yeast and anti-fungal.

Green grasses such as barley or wheat grass are some of the lowest-calorie, lowest-sugar and most nutrient-rich foods on earth, and contain high amounts of fiber. To really give our body what it needs, nutritionists and scientists all over the world state that people need FIVE servings of vegetables per day. But where and how in our fast paced lifestyle, eating on the run, are we going to be able to do this?

Powdered & Sprouted Greens

In addition to the philosophy of alkalizing the body system with an alkaline diet to avoid acidosis of the body cells (i.e. eating as much alkaline-forming foods as you can, such as spinach, broccoli, kamut grass, kale etc., and drinking lots of alkaline water), Powdered & Sprouted Greens are designed to neutralize body acids and supply vital nutrients the body needs to produce health cells and energy. They help alkalizing, energizing and oxygenating the body cells and typically contain organically-grown green vegetables and grasses, leaves and grains sprouted for maximum cell absorption.

The Peak of a Plant’s Nutritional State

Powdered alkaline greens are harvested at the peak of the plant’s nutritional state (right after germination) and help enhance health, fitness and energy levels and contain minerals, amino acids and vitamins. The raw materials typically are tested with a mass spectrometer to make sure they contain no pesticides or toxins and are highly concentrated, using a process known as micro-ionization.

During this process the ingredients (grasses, leaves, vegetables, sprouts etc.) are broken down into smallest particles called colloids, making them easy for the body’s cells to absorb. To further improve assimilation, a high megahertz frequency is then electrically charging the particles — the higher the frequency of a food, the better it supports energy building (our body requires at least 70 megahertz to function best — burgers have a frequency of 3 – 7, whereas raw greens and vegetables have approximately 70 – 90 megahertz).

Key to Restoring Ideal pH Levels

The key to restoring our body to its ideal pH is to create a proper acid-alkaline balance. Since our body’s pH level is slightly alkaline, our diet should also reflect this. Therefore, we should ingest at least 75% of alkalizing foods, like green vegetables, and never more than 25% of neutral and acidifying foods. Eating foods that are alkaline or consuming powdered greens in addition to the diet transforms the body’s balance from dangerously acidic to slightly above neutral.

Justin is dedicated to create awareness regarding the constantly growing over-acidification of our cell system (Acidosis). Acid waste grows inside the body due to unhealth lifestyles. If the internal environment is too acidic, disease and weight gain becomes inevitable. Learn how to alkalize, How to Balance the Body’s pH and how to restore the overall Health.
