Why would I every say such a thing?!?

Simply because you’re only going to go out and buy more. So we are ensuring that no matter how much we recycle…the demand for the production of plastic 2 liter bottles stays the same.

Now correct me if I am wrong, but the last time I checked 2 liter bottles are normally made from good ol’ polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
